Ubuntu 16.04 Sound Not Working

In sound settings there is only "digital output(S/PDIF)" option (i dont have s/pdif, just regular headphones). After connecting headphone it play cracks or noise sound on everyting like increasing sound or decreasing, also during movies,music everything. And there is no sound at all.
