As you already noted Audi has a TSB to upgrade fuse #37. Order online or an autozone as those are the most inexpensive i found. If you need to refill, use a premixed fluid so that you will know that you have the correct solution. No trouble. Make sure that a leak in your reservoir tank wasn't the cause of the problem. The subsystems are the part of that module. If you get a chance, post how to get to the pump.
