Thanks to Robert Ekendahl for HDMI advice! My receiver has the ability to do dual zones, but like I said, I didn't want to make things that complicated. That seems to blame my surround sound system rather than the ATV.Any other thoughts before I call my surround sound guy and ask them to check this out or give me I would love to use this unit as a music only at times.
